
Christopher Havens is a founder of the Prison Mathematics Project Inc. and a Staff Research Associate for the UCLA. His primary research is in number theory, where his current work investigates the quadratic convergents of continued fractions.
Christopher believes that mathematics can be used as a tool for rehabilitation in a carceral setting, and that by combining community and culture with our corresponding academic endeavors, justice can happen through positive change and our contributions to these communities.

Jack Smith is a technology entrepreneur and philanthropist. Currently residing in Portugal and working on building a place for people to detox from technology in nature.

Walker is currently an undergraduate at the University of Southern California studying Business Administration and Theatre. He continues to incorporate mathematics into his life as he breaks into the financial sector.

Ben is currently studying mathematics at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Essen, Germany. He started as a mentor in 2022 and passionately believes in mathematicsĀ as a tool for rehabilitation.
